# Can I Operate at Night? (VRA vs. Spot Spraying)

## Clarify When the System Can Be Used in the Dark to Avoid Operator Errors

**VRA Tasks (Fertilizer, Fungicide, Growth Regulation)**

 

- **Status:** YES
- **Explanation:** The sensor supports night operation for all VRA tasks. It will automatically switch between satellite maps or sensor data depending on light conditions.

**Spot Spraying (Green on Brown / Green on Yellow)**

- **Status:** NO
- **Explanation:** Spot spraying requires optimal daylight to detect the contrast between weeds and soil/stubble.
- **Recommended Timeframe:** Operate from one hour after sunrise to one hour before sunset to ensure the camera can clearly see the weeds.

**Alternative Solution:** It is possible to plan operations based on previous tasks/maps in the “Field app.”
